How we work
Good Coast Cleaning offers three kinds of visit for homes in San Diego: recurring house cleaning, deep cleaning and move-out cleaning. Each one has a clear scope, so you know what is included before the cleaners arrive, and anything extra is agreed with you first rather than added on the day.
Your card is charged after the clean is complete, never when it is saved. We do not list prices, because the right price depends on the home and the visit; we confirm it with you in writing before anything is booked.
How a request becomes a confirmed booking
You send the form. We read it and follow up to confirm the area is covered and to agree the scope, the size of the home, the date and time and how the cleaners will get in. The price is confirmed in writing before anyone arrives.
The booking is confirmed once a card is saved on file, at least 48 hours before the visit. Saving a card places no charge and no hold; the card is charged after the clean is complete. Until the card is on file, the time stays open. The terms of service set this out in full, and when you are ready you can request a clean.
