Who actually does the cleaning?
Background-checked independent cleaning professionals who work with us. They bring their own supplies and equipment.
Is my visit booked when I send the form?
No. We read your request and confirm scope, home size, timing and access with you. A requested time is a request, not a booking.
When is a booking confirmed?
Once a card is saved on file, at least 48 hours before the visit. Until then the time stays open and may be given to someone else.
Is my card charged when I save it?
No. Saving a card places no charge and no hold. The card is charged after the clean is complete.
Why don't you list prices?
The price depends on the home and the visit, so it is confirmed with you in writing before any visit is booked.
Which visit should I choose?
Recurring for regular upkeep of a lived-in home, deep for detail work in a lived-in home, move-out for an empty home. If unsure, choose not sure on the form.
Do I need to be home?
No. Access is agreed with you during confirmation. Never put door codes, alarm codes or key locations in the form.
Can the cleaners work around my pets?
Yes. Calm pets can usually stay; nervous pets are happier in a separate room. Mention them in the notes.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Give at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee. Later changes carry a fee based on the booking total, higher inside 24 hours; the exact terms are set out in writing before the visit is confirmed.
What if something was missed?
Tell us within 24 hours of the visit. Every clean comes with a 24-hour re-clean guarantee, and the missed area is cleaned again at no additional charge.
Do you clean inside cabinets?
Only in an empty home, as part of a move-out clean. Inside cabinets and drawers are never cleaned in an occupied home.
