Good Coast Cleaning services are provided by Bravo Maids LLC, a California limited liability company, which reads the requests sent through this website, performs and invoices the cleaning, and is responsible for the information described on this page. When this page says we, it means Bravo Maids LLC.

The request and contact forms ask for your name, phone number, email address, the street address, city and ZIP code of the home, and the kind of clean you want. They also let you add a preferred time, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the approximate square footage and notes. These details are used to confirm whether the home is in the area we cover, to agree the scope, size, time and access for a visit, to confirm a price with you, and to reply to you.

Please do not put door codes, alarm codes or key locations in the form. Access is agreed directly once a visit is being confirmed.

Agreeing to be contacted by text is optional. The box is unticked by default, and sending a request never depends on it; without it, the reply comes by phone or email. If you tick it, we record that you agreed, the version of the wording you agreed to, and when. Text messages relate to your request and any visit that follows. You can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Message and data rates may apply.

Along with what you type, a request carries some details about how it was sent: the page it was sent from, the first page you visited on this site in that browsing session, the page that referred you here, any campaign tags in the link you followed, a random request identifier, the internet address the request came from, and your browser's identifying string. These are used to prevent spam and duplicate requests and to know which page a request came from.

To carry the first page, the referring page and the request identifier until you send the form, the site keeps them in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. The site also counts page views with a small script of its own that sends the site name, the page path, a random per-session identifier kept in session storage, and the referring page to our own service. It does not set tracking cookies, and this site carries no advertising, social media or Google tags.

Your information goes to our own scheduling, customer-record and messaging systems, which are run on hosted service providers, including the provider that hosts this website. Those providers process it only to run those systems. The cleaners assigned to a visit receive what they need to do the work, such as the address and access plan. We do not sell your information.

We keep request and customer records for as long as they are needed to provide the service and to keep ordinary business records. You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by sending a message through the contact page. We will confirm the request with you before acting on it.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
