Recurring house cleaning is for an occupied home that you want kept in order on a weekly, every-other-week or monthly schedule. It covers kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, floors and made beds on every visit, with targeted steam on bathroom and kitchen fixtures.
Deep cleaning is for an occupied home that needs more than a regular visit. It adds baseboards, full cabinet-front detail, light switches and fixtures, reachable ceiling fans, window sills, door frames and grout beside bathroom fixtures. It is often the first visit before a recurring schedule, and it never includes the inside of cabinets.
Move-out cleaning is for an empty home. It includes everything in a deep clean plus the inside of the fridge, oven, microwave, cabinets and drawers, closet interiors, window tracks and full baseboard detail.
