Recurring house cleaning San Diego homes can count on, on a schedule you choose

A regular visit keeps an occupied home from sliding back, so each clean maintains rather than restores. You pick the rhythm; we confirm the details with you before the first visit is booked.

What every recurring visit includes

Recurring house cleaning in San Diego works best when everyone knows what a visit covers, so here it is room by room.

In the kitchen, the cleaners wipe the counters, clean the sink and the stove top, and wipe the outside of the fridge and microwave. Cabinet fronts get a spot clean where fingerprints and splashes collect, and visible trash is emptied.

In the bathrooms, the toilet, shower or tub, sink, mirror and floor are cleaned on every visit. Targeted high-heat steam on the wet-zone fixtures, meaning sinks, showers, tubs and toilets, is included every time. Our targeted steam treatment uses only water and heat. We use surface-appropriate cleaning products for other tasks when needed. Wide-plank wood and high-gloss lacquer are never steamed.

In living areas, reachable surfaces are dusted, floors are vacuumed and mopped, and trash is emptied. In bedrooms, beds are made with the linens you provide, reachable surfaces are dusted and floors are vacuumed. The cleaners bring the supplies and equipment, so there is nothing to buy or set out.

Is this the right visit?

When a recurring visit makes sense

  • The house slips a little more each weekA regular visit stops the build-up before it starts, so kitchens and bathrooms never get to the point of needing a full reset.
  • Weekends go to catching upA weekly, every-other-week or monthly visit takes the routine work off your list and gives the time back.
  • The home has not had a professional clean in a whileThe first visit is normally planned as a deep clean, and the recurring schedule follows from there.
  • You would like familiar facesThe same cleaners are scheduled whenever operations allow, although it cannot be promised for every single visit.
How it works

How a recurring schedule is set up

  1. Read the requestWe read the home details, the rhythm you want and your notes.
  2. Confirm the home and the rhythmScope, home size, the visit day and the access plan are agreed with you, and the price is confirmed in writing.
  3. Plan the first visitUsually a deep clean when the home has not had a professional clean in the last 30 days.
  4. Save a card on fileThe booking is confirmed once a card is on file at least 48 hours before the visit; it is charged after the clean.

What a recurring visit leaves out

A recurring visit maintains a home that is already in reasonable shape. Some work is outside it on purpose, because it takes longer and does not need doing every time.

Baseboards, light switches and fixtures, ceiling fans, window sills and tracks, closets and the inside of the microwave are not part of a recurring visit. Several of them are part of a deep clean, which is why that visit is often the right place to start.

The inside of the fridge or oven, blinds, inside windows, a garage sweep and a single load of laundry are add-ons. They are agreed with you before the visit and never done without asking. The inside of cabinets and drawers is not cleaned in an occupied home at all; it is only part of a move-out clean in an empty home.

Weekly, every other week or monthly

The right rhythm depends on the household more than the size of the home.

Weekly visits suit busy homes with children, pets or frequent guests, where a week is long enough for kitchens and bathrooms to need attention again. Every other week balances a consistently clean home against how often someone is in the house, and it is where many households start. Monthly visits work for smaller or quieter homes that stay tidy between cleans.

For apartments, see how often to clean an apartment. If you are unsure, say so in the notes. We will talk it through with you, and the rhythm can change later with notice.

The first visit and the ones after

If the home has not had a professional clean in the last 30 days, the first visit is normally planned as a deep clean. It brings the home to a baseline that regular visits can then hold. Starting on a regular visit instead is possible only when you confirm a recent professional clean and acknowledge the choice when the visit is confirmed.

You do not need to be home. Access is agreed during confirmation, never through the online form, so please leave door codes, alarm codes and key locations out of the form. Mention pets, parking and anything fragile in the notes.

Every booking is confirmed only once a card is saved on file, at least 48 hours before the visit. Saving a card places no charge and no hold; the card is charged after each clean is complete.

Changing, pausing or skipping a visit

There are no contracts: flexible scheduling with 48 hours' notice. A cancellation or reschedule made with less than 48 hours' notice carries a fee based on the booking total, and the fee is higher inside 24 hours. The exact terms are set out in writing before your first visit is confirmed, and they are summarised in the terms of service.

If something was missed on a visit, tell us within 24 hours. Every clean comes with a 24-hour re-clean guarantee, and the missed area is cleaned again at no additional charge.

When you are ready to set up a schedule, request a clean and include the rhythm you have in mind.
